Resort Data Processing’s Internet Reservation Module (IRM.net)

GuestStream now offers 2 solutions for website integration for client’s using RDP’s IRM.net module.  The IRM.net and RDP Web Services.   The newest option is RDP Web Services.  This service includes an Application Programming Interface (API) that offers greater flexibility than the standard IRM.net.  Using RDP Web Services and GuestStream’s Vacation Rental Platform (VRP),  will give you greater control over how you display, search, and book your inventory.

Integrating your website with RDP Web Services:

GuestStream will  integrate your marketing website with the RDP database through an application programming interface, API, which uses Microsoft’s web services platform.  For example, your website can request availability from the RDP database by making the appropriate programming calls to the API.  The availability data is then returned to the marketing website, which can display it to the guest browser in any form desired.  The API can also display rates, guest history, room descriptions and much more.  The API website integration is designed for those customers with sophisticated website design and layout requirements.
