The goal of our marketing account managers is to work with our clients to help attain their goals without ever hearing the question, “what are you doing for me?“, or, “what i am getting for what I am paying you for?“.
With our 100% Transparency policy, all of the work we do is available to our marketing clients. We will not hide information from our clients under the guise of “proprietary information” or “trade secrets”. We see no problem with showing a customer what they are getting, how much of it they are getting and what are the results of the money that they are spending. We accomplish this on a monthly basis using three simple steps:
1. We provide a monthly report that outlines what was accomplished in the previous month, what was done during the month in which the report is generated and what to expect in the next month of marketing services.
2. We provide accounting of time spent on your project. This includes actual activities, account notes, and the time spent on each task or project.
3. We talk to you and answer your questions. If you have questions about your account and how it is being managed, just ask. Your account manager is there to make sure you are comfortable with how he/she is managing your time and money and the results generated by how that time and money is spent.
